Program Description:
Mark Street Nursery School provides a preschool program for children ages 2-1/2 years to 5 years of age.
Program Philosophy:
Mark Street Nursery School’s preschool program is designed to enhance the child’s social, cognitive, physical and emotional development.  We believe that children develop at individual rates and have individual needs.  The centre aims to instill a sense of self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem in each and every child.
When limits need to be set by staff, redirection, positive reinforcement, and encouragement are used to help the child learn positive and acceptable behaviours.
